Westport/ICON is digging deeper than they ever have before on SRO Housings Renato Apartments.

They have broken ground to the first level of below grade parking and there not stopping quite yet. When finished this project will be 6 stories, containing 96 affordable housing units. The building will be sitting over not one but two stories of subterranean parking.



A monumental step for not only Westport/ICON but also for SRO Housing, being there largest project to date. Westport/ICON has staffed this project with the most experienced and driven staff in the industry such as Wyatt Wolfe (project manager) and Mike Steffans (superintendent).

Westport/ICON will be working along side Killefer Flammang (architects) and the knowledgeable staff of SRO Housing, Joseph Corcoran ( Director of Housing) and Duke Cooke (Senior Project Manager), to turn beautiful drawings into a stunning reality.



This project will be another step in the right direction for affordable housing in the City of Los Angeles.
